Product Introduction

Acetone Molecular formula: C₃H₆O. An organic compound, the simplest saturated ketone. At room temperature and pressure, it is a colorless combustible liquid with a mint-like odor. Easily soluble in water and organic solvents such as methanol, ethanol, ether, chloroform, and pyridine. Flammable, volatile, and chemically active. 

Mainly used as a solvent in industries such as explosives, plastics, rubber, fibers, tanning, oils, and paints. Also serves as an important raw material for synthesizing ketene, acetic anhydride, iodoform, polyisoprene rubber, methyl methacrylate, chloroform, epoxy resin, etc.

Product transportation

During transportation, exposure to direct sunlight, rain and high temperatures should be avoided. It is strictly prohibited to mix and transport with oxidants (such as potassium permanganate), reducing agents, alkalis (such as sodium hydroxide), acids (such as sulfuric acid) and edible chemicals, etc., to prevent violent reactions that may cause fires or explosions.
