As Chinese New Year approaches, ZRCC President Chen Yanbin, together with ZRCC leaders Zhi Maoxuan, Wang Jianlin, Wang Qun, Huang Minggang, Hong Bo, Zhang Zhe, and Zhang Da, extended greetings to all ZRCC members and friends.

Looking back 2025, the first 40 million tpa refining base of Sinopec were successfully put into operation through our efforts. We were honored with the title of "National Civilized Unit" for 4 straight years, listed among the Top 20 Tax Paying Enterprises in Ningbo for the 20th consecutive year, and selected as one of national first “15 Leading Intelligent Plants Cultivating List”.

2026 is the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan and the starting point of high-quality development in the next 50 years. Let us work together to make breakthroughs, create stronger momentum, and join hands to make more achievements.
