On Dec. 18, the 2021 Conference of China Public Relations for Development was held in Beijing. ZRCC CEO Mo Dingge, delivered a speech entitled "Let Egrets fly in the Blue Sky over the plant" in video form. 

Qiu Qiwen (Vice Minister of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment) and Guo Weimin (Member of the CPPCC National Committee, President of the China Public Relations Association, and former Deputy Director of the Information Office of the State Council) attended the conference and made addresses. Elizabeth Mrema, the Executive Secretary of the Convention on Biological Diversity, made an address in video form.
