On Nov. 15, Lu Shan, Vice Governor of Zhejiang Province, visited ZRCC for survey. Lu Shan fully affirmed the achievements ZRCC has made, and expressed his expectation that ZRCC should make persistent efforts and speed up the construction of a "world-class, high-tech and integrated" green petrochemical base, so as to make greater contributions to ensuring national energy security and building Zhejiang into a demonstration zone for achieving common prosperity.
