On the afternoon of July 12, ZRCC CEO Mo Dingge delivered a speech and announced the official release of ZRCC HSE Management System (2021 Edition).

    It is understood that in 2021, ZRCC revised and compiled the HSE Management System manual on the basis of the 2019 Edition. This manual integrates the requirements of the state and Sinopec, and forms the HSE Management System that conforms to international practices, inherits fine traditions, and has ZRCC own characteristics. The new version takes "leadership, commitment and responsibility" as the core, and is supported by planning, assistance, operation process control, performance evaluation, and improvement. It has a total of 6 first-level elements and 36 second-level elements, forming the PDCA circulation.
