Ningbo Linde-ZRCC Gases Company Ltd., joint venture project between Sinopec and Germany Linde Group, held the opening ceremony on June 19, marking the official "marriage" of the two world top 500 enterprises in Zhenhai.

It is said that Ningbo Linde-ZRCC Gases Company Ltd. is registered in Zhenhai, Ningbo. The new air separation plant investment is 800 million yuan. After the company is put into operation, annual sales will be 900 million yuan and tax 50 million yuan. This cooperation is the further development and continuation of the long-term strategic partnership between Sinopec and Linde Group. The construction of the plant will effectively improve the utilities configuration of ZRCC as well as the reliability and stability of industrial gas supply in Ningbo area.
