Crude oil loss during transportation reduced in the first half year

ZRCC handled 10.72 million tons of crude oil in the first half year with accumulated transportation loss of 0.29 ‰，significant reduction compared to the same period of last year. ZRCC took the policy of “one boat one plan”, and improved the management mode of “bank-ship-bank”. ZRCC also tracked the handling, cleaning, monitoring of the volumes at vessel bottom and B/L at shipping harbor and investigated the reasons of transportation loss per month.
