MEPC Supervision Team of Total Emission Reduction of Major Pollutants to ZRCC for Inspection and Instruction

On the afternoon of October 15, East China supervision team of total emission reduction of major pollutants came to ZRCC to carry out an on-site supervision on the work of emission reduction performed by the company in the second half year.
My. Gu Yueguang, party committee secretary of ZRCC, extended warm welcome to the supervision team and also expressed sincere thanks to MEPC and governmental departments at all levels for their great concerns, supports and assistances to ZRCC. Mr. Zhu Xiaodong, vice president of ZRCC, made a report to the team about the company overview and the work performed regarding the emission reductions. Particularly, Mr. Zhu fully introduced the key emission reduction project of flue gas deSOx and deNOx in three power stations and two FCC units, as well as the specific measures to control and treat the organic waste gas so as to build the odorless factory.
Mr. Gao Zhenyu, the team leader and supervision director, fully affirmed the achievements of ZRCC on carrying out green & low carbon development and fully propelling energy conservation & emission reduction. He also hoped that this supervision could find and summary the good practice and experience of ZRCC in the fields of energy conservation & emission reduction and environment protection, which can be used as a reference to upgrade the level of conservation & emission reduction in petrochemical industry of China.
