Construction of ZRCC Phase II Diesel Upgrading Project Commenced

On the morning of September 3, the ground foundation of the new second hydrotreating reactor in IV Hydrotreating Plant of ZRCC No. 5 refining division was started to construct, which marks the formal commencement of the phase II diesel upgrading project of ZRCC. This project is planned to startup in 2016, upon which the diesel product will be upgraded from the current China IV standard to China V standard. Meanwhile, this project will further optimize the plant capacity and improve the capability of securing supply of high quality diesel to the market.
