Turnaround
After
1400
days
of
first
cycle
continuous
operating,
ZRCC
ethylene
plant
was
shut
down
for
turnaround.
During
the
45
days
turnaround,
ZRCC
had
completed
1384
maintenance
items
and
37
revamps
on
schedule,
which
achieved
the
target
of
Stable
Shutdown,
Perfect
Maintenance
and
Successful
Restart,
and
also
laid
a
solid
foundation
for
the
stable
operation
of
the
ethylene
plant
with
long
run-length
and
high
profitability
in
the
future.
On
18:00,
July
2,
the
analytical
results
of
ethylene
from
the
ethylene
cracker
met
the
product
specification,
which
signaled
the
successful
completion
of
the
initial
turnaround
of
ZRCC
1000KTA
ethylene
plant.
At
that
evening,
Mr.
Fu
Chengyu,
the
president
of
Sinopec,
sent
a
congratulation
letter,
he

your
successful
initial
turnaround

ethylene
plant!

Initially
started
up
on
April
20,
2010,
ZRCC
ethylene
plant
had
been
continuously
operated
for
more
than
1400
days.
On
May
18,
2014,
the
feed
to
the
plant
was
cut
off.
With
the
guidance
and
assistance
from
the
headquarter,
working
closely
with
other
maintenance
companies
of
Sinopec,
ZRCC
has
completed
all
tasks
without
any
safety
or
environmental
incidents,
especially
zero
flaming
during
shutdown
and
only
short-time
flaming
during
startup
from
the
elevated
flare,
and
achieved
the
two
targets
of
Create
the
Model
of
Initial
Operating
Cycle
and
Create
the
Model
of
Turnaround
for
Large-scale
Ethylene
Plant
of
China.
