Hardware of RFCC Online Optimization System Put into Service

On June 18, the small-scale catalyst adding system, hardware part of ZRCC’s RFCC online optimization project was put into service. The RFCC online optimization project is a major technical revamp project of ZRCC in 2014. With online optimization and control technologies, this system can automatically adjust the catalyst addition rate based on the operating parameters and product distribution. As one of the key measures to increase the profitability of RFCCU, the system can not only increase the accuracy of catalyst addition rate and automation level, but also improve the product distribution and yield.
