On 25-26 April, quality working meeting of refineries of Sinopec was held in ZRCC. The meeting described the new changes in current quality works in terms of product structure adjustment, market condition changes, oil quality upgrading, plants overhauls and revamps and new risks from new processes and facilities. Refineries were required to change ideas and establish the concept that quality and easy use are both necessary for on-spec product. It also required to improve services and strengthen management, fully fulfill the social responsibilities of “ every drop of oil is a commitment”.
