ZRCC Crude Processing Volume Exceeds 22MTA for the First Time

In the past year of 2013, ZRCC crude oil processing volume reached a record high of 22 million tons, which is the 4th consecutive year for ZRCC to exceed the annual processing volume of 20 million tons.

With “One Stability & Four Optimizations” as the main theme, ZRCC relies on “Two Wheels” (technology and management) to safeguard the stable and safe production.

For production management, ZRCC made great efforts to balance gasoil and residue, optimize the volume of production, consumption and output so as to effectively address the problem of heavy oil balance.

For technical management, ZRCC highlighted the concept of “Overall Stability” and propelled the innovation on a regular basis. ZRCC launched some technological breakthrough programs to tackle the important, difficult and hot production problems through improving on-stream factor and examining unplanned shutdown of the unit, which set a solid foundation for the safe and stable production of the company.
