the
flue
gas
denitrification,
dust
removal
and
desulfurization
unit
of
ZRCC’s
1800KTA
RFCC
has
been
stably
operated
for
100
days
with
the
accumulated
removal
of
SO2
reaching
550
tons,
NOx
48
tons
and
the
recovered
catalyst
dust
around
190
tons.
This
is
the
first
successful
application
for
flue
gas
treatment
technology
with
independent
intellectual
property
rights
in
China.
Sulfur
and
NOx
removal
is
a
key
link
for
Environmental
pollution
prevention.
For
years,
the
flue
gas
treatment
has
been
a
dedicated
task
for
Sinopec
to
break
the
technological
monopoly
by
foreign
enterprises.
This
unit
was
put
into
operation
in
December
of
last
year.
During
the
commissioning,
the
technical
group
solved
more
than
20
technical
problems,
and
the
unit
was
adjusted
to
its
design
conditions
within
merely
25
days.
As
introduced
.by
Mr.
ZhangDa,
a
senior
engineer
of
No.4
Refining
Division,
the
stable
operation
of
this
unit
marked
a
revolutionary
progress
in
environmental
friendly
refining
process
of
China.
After
the
treatment
of
denitrification,
dust
removal
and
desulfurization,
95%
of
SO2
&
dust,
75%
of
NOx
are
removed
from
the
flue
gas,
and
the
air
quality
of
surrounding
area
is
improved..
