ZRCC Accumulated Ethylene Production Exceeds 3 Million Tons

2013,
the
accumulated
ethylene
product
of
ZRCC’s
1000KTA
Ethylene
Plant
exceeded
3
million
tons
with
the
continuous
on-stream
time
over
1000
days,
and
all
technical-economic
indicators
have
reached
the
leading
level
in
the
world.
During
the
past
three
years,
ZRCC
ethylene
project
has
promoted
the
rapid
development
of
the
local
economy,
which
becomes
the
bright
&
beautiful
name
card
of
Zhejiang
province.
After
the
start-up
of
the
ethylene
plant,
the
mode
of
local
economic
development
has
been
transformed
from
paying
tax
&
product
supply
to
extending
the
petrochemical
chain
and
improving
the
transformation
of
value
chain,
which
enables
ZRCC
become
the
engine
to
drive
the
transformation
and
upgrading
of
petrochemical
chain
and
the
development
of
marine
economy.
The
petrochemicals
in
East
China
provided
by
ZRCC
ethylene
plant
is
more
than
2,583,000
tons
each
year,
which
promotes
the
rapid
forming
of
chemical,
textile,
plastics
and
rubber
industrial
chains
with
the
total
downstream
investment
of
over
100
billion
RMB.
Some
products
of
ZRCC
ethylene
plant,
such
as
ethylene,
butadiene,
C5s,
C9s,
styrene,
methane
and
H2,
are
supplied
through
pipeline
to
relevant
downstream
companies
located
in
Ningbo
Petrochemical
Development
Zone.
This
arrangement
not
only
reduces
the
transportation
cost,
but
also
eliminates
the
potential
hazards,
thus
to
achieve
the
safety
economy
target.
