Mr. Jiang Zhenghong Elected as NPCA President again

On the afternoon of March 22, the 1^st Meeting of 3^rd Plenary Session & Annual Conference of 2012 of Ningbo Petroleum & Chemical Industry Association (NPCA) was convened in Ningbo city. Mr. Jiang Zhenghong was elected as the president of NPCA once again.
