“China’s Heart” Beating in Big Ethylene Plant
Recently,
the
core
equipment
of
1000KTA
ethylene
plant
of
ZRCC,
the
large
propylene
refrigeration
compressor,
has
being
operated
for
more
than
1000
days.
It
means
that
this
homemade
compressor
unit
with
complete
intellectual
property
rights
has
successfully
broken
the
situations
of
technological
monopoly
by
foreign
enterprises,
which
has
significant
meaning
for
propelling
the
development
of
ethylene
industry
in
China.
It’s
said
that
the
localization
task
of
this
compressor
was
undertaken
by
ZRCC
and
Shenyang
Blower
Works
Group
Corporation.
After
unremitting
endeavour
of
the
Chinese
team,
the
design,
manufacture,
assembly
and
start-up
of
this
unit
are
successfully
completed
with
a
total
investment
of
69
million
Yuan,
which
decreased
By
47%
as
against
to
0.13
billion
Yuan
imported
unit
of
the
same
kind.
It’s
known
that
two
performance
tests
were
conducted
after
the
start-up
of
the
unit
and
15
technical
innovations
have
been
achieved.
Furthermore,
the
operation
of
this
unit
is
very
stable
and
the
guarantees
of
all
process
parameters
have
been
met,
so
this
unit
can
fully
meet
the
operation
requirements
of
1000KTA
ethylene
plant.
