performance
analysis
report,
ZRCC’s
ethylene
cracker
ranks
1st
quartile
group
in
terms
of
performance
index
among
115
ethylene
crackers
worldwide
in
2011.
The
report
revealed
that
ZRCC’s
ethylene
cracker
ranked
1st
quartile
group
in
following
three
aspects,
return
on
investment
(ROI)
of
replacement
assets,
net
cash
operating
cost
per
unit
of
high
value-added
product
and
maintenance
efficiency
index.
In
addition,
the
net
cash
income
and
net
energy
consumption
index
(NECI)
per
unit
of
high
value-added
product
ranked
2nd
quartile
group.
According
to
Solomon’s
world
leading
criteria,
the
performance
of
ZRCC’s
ethylene
cracker
has
achieved
the
leading
level
of
the
world,
and
ranked
No.1
among
the
3
candidate
crackers
of
Sinopec.
