to

with
this
situation.
Based
on
these
rules,
ZRCC
implemented
an
innovative
management
mode
featured
with
management
in
combination
with
communication
and
individual
supervision
&
evaluation,
etc.,
which
eliminated
the
exclusive
phenomena
of
contracting
and
initiated
the
competitive
outsourcing
strategy
to
get
the
best
service
provider.
