Archives of ZRCC 1000KTA Ethylene Project Accepted

On March 31, the archives of ZRCC 1000KTA Ethylene Project passed the acceptance inspection organized by Sinopec & Ningbo authorities.

The archives of ZRCC 1000KTA Ethylene Project consist of project proposal & approval documents, design documents, administrative documents, contracts (incl. tendering/bidding documents), equipment documents, technical documents of construction completion, as-built drawings, supervision documents, technical documents for start-up preparation & commissioning and handing over documents, which includes 10508 files falling into 10781 volumes, 980 videos and 3710 photos.

After hearing ZRCC report on its archives management of ethylene project, the acceptance group conducted a site investigation and made spot-checks on archives, archives keeping and using. According to Sinopec Rules for Archives Acceptance of Construction Project, the group agreed that ZRCC passed the acceptance inspection, and highly valued the 100% digitalization of ZRCC ethylene engineering archives, which was the highlight of this acceptance.
