Better
Development

At
the
very
beginning
of
2012,
ZRCC
issued
a
proposal
to
all
employees
to
launch
a
frugality
campaign
for
the
better
development
of
ZRCC.
The
proposal
further
addressed
the
specific
tasks
and
their
meanings
from
four
aspects,
namely
raising
employee’s
awareness
of
frugality,
establishing
a
long-term
system
for
frugality,
cultivating
employee’s
behavior
of
frugality
and
building
appropriate
company
culture.
