2011.From
January
to
November,
processing
loss
of
refining
was
0.37%,
0.02
percent
decline
comparing
with
the
same
period
of
previous
year,
comprehensive
energy
consumption
for
oil
refining
46.04
kilogram
standard
oil
per
ton,
1.29
unit
decline
comparing
with
the
same
period
of
previous
year.
It
was
the
historical
best
value,
far
above
the
average
in
SINOPEC,
reaching
international
advanced
level.
