On December 25, Fu Chengyu, Chairman and Secretary of the Party committee of Sinopec group, came to ZRCC to survey，inspect and direct the works of ZRCC. Mr. Fu fully appreciated the remarkable achievements of ZRCC on leadership construction, production and business operation, reform and development, employees and party construction in recent years. He also highly evaluated the profit- improving mechanism centered on “one type of stable operation and four kinds of optimization” and the precious experiences in achieving refining-chemical integration. Mr. Fu urged ZRCC to quicken development and lift the development quality so as to take the lead in achieving world class among Sinopec enterprises.
