Vice President Ling Yiqun Visits ZRCC for Investigation

July 20, 2011, Ling Yiqun, vice president of Sinopec Corp, general director of Sinopec Refining Department came to ZRCC for investigation. Mr. Ling Yiqun fully affirmed the outstanding operating achievements of ZRCC over the past half year, and he encouraged ZRCC to make further progress based on its comprehensive advantages of refining & chemical integration. ZRCC general manager Jiang Zhenghong and ZRCC CPC Secretary Cheng Jian took part in the investigation meeting.

After hearing the report by Mr. Jiang Zhenghong, Mr. Ling Yiqun said that the work of ZRCC over the past half year can be summarized by Four Goods, i.e good safety work, good indicators, good performance and good management. Mr. Lin pointed out that as the largest refining-chemical site of Sinopec, ZRCC had maintained safe and stable operation under the heavy burden of processing task, and achieved outstanding economic indicators with its shipping loss of crude oil and full operating cost per ton crude at leading positions in Sinopec refining sector, which indicates that ZRCC did a great deal of work to develop a sound management system in order to achieve the smooth transfer from a conventional refining company to a refining & chemical company. In the end, Mr. Ling Yiqun encouraged ZRCC to keep its leading position in Sinopec so as to make great contribution to Sinopec as well as to the society.
