Propel Enterprise’s Strategic Transformation with the Integrated Plan of “Project Development, Management Transformation, Human resource”

After listening to the important speech of secretary general Wu Jintao on July 1, we immediately organized party members to study and discuss it. According to the requirements emphasized by Chairman Fu Chenyu that “five roles” of enterprise ’s party organization should be played, “ six transformations” be implemented, state enterprise’s political advantages should be transformed into enterprise core competence, we believe that the key is to guide the enterprise strategic transformation with scientific development concept, sort out ideas for development, create new development mode, improve development quality, strengthen development potential and propel enterprise’s scientific development.

We have made the integrated development plan of “ project development, management transformation, human resource”based on the principal of stably implementing a plan step by step, continuously making progress from now to 2030. A three-step development strategy has been made based on this plan.
