Annual Saved Water Volume Amounts to Twice Water Volume of West Lake

ZRCC ranks the first in water professional racing in Sinopec. Last year, fresh water consumption was 0.292 t/t crude oil and waste water discharge 0.066t/t crude oil. Zero emission was almost achieved, thus achieving international advanced level.

With crude oil processing volume continuously increasing and crude quality becoming more acidic, higher sulphur and heavier, ZRCC fresh water consumption and waste water discharge for processing one ton crude oil decreased by 0.128 ton and 0.004 ton, respectively, during the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” . ZRCC annual saved water volume amounts to twice water volume of West Lake based on current scale.
