CPC Ningbo Committee Secretary Wang Huizhong Visits ZRCC

On the morning of November 10, Wang Huizhong, the new Secretary of the CPC Ningbo Municipal Committee, visited ZRCC to meet the employees and get a general view of the company.
Accompanied by ZRCC general manager Jiang Zhenghong and ZRCC CPC Secretary Cheng Jian, etc., Wang Huizhong came to the 3rd & 4th Departments CCR to meet the operators, and Jiang Zhenghong introduced the current refining layout and production process. Then Wang Huizhong came to the plant model room to check the general layout of ZRCC. In the ethylene CCR, Jiang Zhenghong reported the current situation of ethylene project and its significant impact on downstream industries, as well as the benefit to Ningbo’s revenue.
With respect to the tight supply of diesel in recent market, Wang Huizhong specifically asked the production of diesel during this visit. Jiang Zhenghong replied that it is ZRCC’s primary obligation to safeguard a normal and stable oil supply market, and ZRCC is earnestly implementing the provincial and municipal guidelines to additionally produce diesel at the sacrifice of the company’s benefit, thus to supply adequate and quality oil products to Ningbo city and Zhejiang province as well.
Some leaders from Ningbo municipal government, Zhenhai district government and ZRCC accompanied Wang Huizhong on this visit.
