Ethylene
Project
was
held
on
12th
of
May
in
ZRCC
by
Sinopec.
Mr.
Wang
Zuoran,
a
party
committee
member
and
the
leader
of
discipline
inspection
group
of
Sinopec
party
group,
attended
the
meeting
and
addressed.
Mr.
Wang
pointed
that
as
the
real
model
of
Sinopec,
ZRCC
had
kept
its
leading
position
in
the
industry
with
respect
to
all
kinds
of
works,
as
Premier
Wen
Jiabao
put
it
as
"Profit
Best,
Contribution
Greatest!"
He
also
expected
ZRCC
to
overcome
difficulties
and
keep
moving
as
the
pioneer
of
Sinopec
in
the
march
toward
the
refining
&
chemical
integration,
so
as
to
make
new
contribution
to
China
petrochemical
industry.
At
present,
the
construction
work
of
ZRCC
is
undergoing
smoothly.
As
the
owner,
ZRCC
allocated
competent
staffs
to
assist
the
work
of
headquarters
supervision
team,
so
as
to
realize
advance
supervision,
strict
inspection,
and
explicit
responsibilities.
Mr.
Jiang
Zhenghong,
the
general
manager
and
secretary
of
the
Party
committee,
introduced
the
achievements
of
production
and
business,
reform
and
development,
and
the
ethylene
project
construction
progress
ever
since
the
year
of
2008,
which
emphasized
the
assistance
to
the
headquarters
supervision
team.
The
status
report
by
ZRCC
on
the
assistance
to
the
headquarters
supervision
team
was
given.
The
headquarters
performance
supervision
team
and
representatives
from
engineering
department
of
ZRCC
also
gave
their
reports
respectively.
