In order to enhance centralized management , According to Sinopec unified arrangement, Hangzhou refinery was emerged into ZRCC since January 1^st. Since then, ZRCC has taken full consideration of Hangzhou refinery aiming at a resource share during production planning, Hangzhou refinery has production plants such as CDU,VDU,FCC,DCU, white oil Hydrogenation, rust-proof additive, paraffin-based chemical agent and special oil, it can manufacture 6 categories of products covering more than 60 brands, it is the largest refinery capable of manufacturing white oil.
