In the first half of this year, ZRCC’s crude oil shipping ullage decreased to 0.087%, the best record in it’s own history, ranking top in the Sinopec community. Compared with the average level in Sinopec, ZRCC reclaimed an equivalent of 11.2 thousand tons of crude oil result from the fact that ZRCC struggled to bring down the crude oil loss during the shipping through all measures.
