During Premier Wen’s inspection in ZRCC, Wen spoke highly about ZRCC’s contribution to which ZRCC has made both local and national economy. “As an largest-sized refinery in China”, Wen said, “ZRCC boasts largest scale, most advanced technology, best economic performance ,which can be summarized as biggest contribution, in the meanwhile, it also takes a complete consideration of overall situation”.Jiang Zhenghong, president and Party Secretary of ZRCC, expressed his gratitude on behalf of ZRCC staff to Wen’s warm words.

It is ZRCC’s honor from Wen’s remarks. Over the years, under the correct guidance by Sinopec Headquarters, ZRCC has rapidly developed itself into the largest refinery in China with crude processing capacity of 20 million tons per year from an original small one by adhering to the policy of opening up and reform, being keen on enterprise, endeavoring to struggle, being strong-hearted in manufacturing and operating, till now , it has made great contribution to both economic and social benefit.

“Since ZRCC is targeting on growing into a world-scale, high-tech and petrochemical integration, ”Jiang Zhenghong added, “all of the ZRCC employees must look Wen’s remark as a kind of responsibility, ZRCC’s development can only by realized by enhancing management., we plan to upgrade the company’s size, technological level, economic benefit as well as management standard in a jump mode in the next couple of years, therefore make greater contribution to the country and live up to Wen’s ardent expectation on us”.
