pep
rally
of
the

million
ton
per
year
ethylene
project
construction
was
held
by
ZRCC.
On
the
conference,
vice
president
of
ZRCC,
Mr.
Li
li
presented
the
annual
working
report
of
this
project
on
behalf
of
the
ethylene
project
department.
Then
president
of
ZRCC,
Mr.
Jiang
Zhenghong
delivered
a
summarizing
speech,
encouraging
all
the
staff
involved
in
ethylene
project
to
try
their
best
to
defeat
all
the
difficulties
and
devote
themselves
whole-heartedly
into
the
construction
so
as
to
successfully
realize
the
target
of
mechanical
completion
in
Sep.
and
the
trial
run
in
Dec.
