This forum proceeds in the form of seminar with the theme of Advanced Management Concepts Forum ----Concern petrochemical integration process, Upgrade foremen management quality . Over 200 people, including members of the Council, Chairmen of Branch Trade Union , representatives of Foremen from different units and etc., attend this forum.

Three people, who had field research and training experience in overseas petrochemical enterprises, are invited to share useful information and advanced experience they obtained .
