Second penary session of the 14th Conference of Workers and Staff
The company convened second plenary session of the 14th Conference of Workers and Staff on August 23 thru 24. Mr. Sun Weijun, the president of the company , on behalf of the leadership team, delivered the work report titled Working Corporately and in a Down-to- Earth Manner to Achieve Set Target of the Year. This report mainly described review of production and business operation of the first half of the year and analysis of the difficulties in production and business operation of the second half of the year, meanwhile, goal and task for the second half year were put forward in line with the working arrangements and demands made by the head office of Sinopec during the interim meeting. The delegations consciously deliberated the work report, and firmly believed they definitely would achieve the goal and tasks in a comprehensive manner with concerted efforts and make great contribution to 17th Party Congress.
In addition, the conference endorsed such resolution as Sinopec Corp Bans on Work Safety (trial) and Administrative provisions of Punishment for Employees Breach of Labor Discipline.
